Music Together LLC in Hopewell, NJ, is the headquarters for the Music Together program, an early childhood music and movement program offered by our licensees across the US and in 40 countries. We are currently seeking to hire an AUDIO/VIDEO PRODUCTION ASSISTANT.
Position’s purpose: Assist Video Producer and Audio Engineer as needed on shoots, recording sessions, and with general tasks.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Help set up and break down video shoots; Run audio on video shoots; Process/mix sound after video shoots; Assist Audio Engineer with recording sessions, concerts, and events; Ingest/organize/name video footage; Convert and output audio and video projects for review; Upload videos to Vimeo/YouTube with correct settings and provide embed codes; Enter project data onto media server and help maintain audio and video files and databases; Perform routine audio file management and maintenance tasks; Assist Audio Engineer in creation of alternate song mixes for special uses; Perform routine audio editing tasks as directed. Help maintain and organize A/V equipment. 4 days onsite at Annual Conference in Princeton each year mid-May required.
Skills and experience required: Hands-on audio for video in professional environment; Avid video in professional environment; ProTools audio in professional environment.
